BridgNet Connect – Independent Account Management & Support Service
BridgNet Connect provides third-party account management, activation assistance, and local support services for customer-owned satellite internet equipment. We are not an internet service provider.
BridgNet Connect is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Starlink, SpaceX, or any satellite internet provider.
The customer is solely responsible for:
The activation fee covers account setup, device registration, plan configuration, testing, and onboarding. Activation fees are non-refundable once setup begins.
The first month service fee is charged only after activation is confirmed and the connection is working. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once service is active.
BridgNet Connect manages billing for the first three (3) months. After this period, billing responsibility will be transferred to the customer's own payment method.
BridgNet Connect is not responsible for service outages, speed limitations, satellite coverage issues, weather interference, or any disruption caused by third-party providers.
Activation fees are non-refundable once setup has started. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once service is activated.
BridgNet Connect shall not be held liable for loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss caused by service outages or third-party network failures.
Either party may terminate service with 7 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for unused service periods.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
